"And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" (Acts 16:30)

"And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?"(Acts 16:30) "What must I do". Six thousand years of human history and how many times has that question been asked? Adam to Abraham = 2000 years / Abraham to Jesus = 2000 years / Jesus first coming to Jesus second coming = 2000 years = 6000 years of Human Time so far. (For all of you Bible Scholars that read this I know that's not down to the minute exactly and I'm not setting dates, Respectfully Yours) We are at the end of time as we know it, so my advice is to simply read the next verse, since you are human and you just got to "DO" something to get saved, just haul off and get saved!! "And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house."(Acts 16:31). Well, there you go, now that wasn't so complicated was it, no religious drama, no swinging from the ceiling fans, no rolling in the floor, just simple faith in Jesus Christ to be your Lord. Now get this, your family can have it too, there is plenty Jesus to go around, no club to join, no money to give, no sacrifice to be made because it has already been done for you on Calvary's Cross by a Man called Jesus. All you had/have to do was/is believe and receive. You see, we are saved by God's Grace, The End.... or The Beginning..... "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast."(Ephesians 2:8-9) God did not make salvation complicated, that was the "RBI" that did that for us. (Religious Bureau of Investigation). They like to make it complicated with their unscriptural rules that are constantly changing so they can control you by fear of you loosing your salvation if you break the rules they have made for you. So to get back with God you have to humiliate yourself by doing even more rules whereby completely embarrassing God by saying His Son's Blood wasn't powerful enough to get the job done the first time. "If they shall fall away, (commit a sin)to renew them again unto repentance;(make them get saved again) seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame."(Hebrews 6:6) Jesus died one time, you can only get saved one time!!! "But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;"(Hebrews 10:12). GAME OVER!! Please read the whole book of Hebrews so you can see for yourself that these verses have been used in context. I know you've heard "Once saved always saved" is just an excuse to sin, not if you put the emphasis on the word "ONCE". If you and Jesus get the "once" right, the "always" will take care of itself.
