It will happen.....
"I am sought of
them that asked not for me; I am found of them that sought me not: I
said, Behold me, behold me, unto a nation that was not called by my
name."(Isaiah 65:1)
There will be a day on this planet in your
future that you will need to hear the voice of God. I know His voice
makes you uncomfortable, at present, but you will need to hear it again.
If you have heard His Voice but you didn't like it because you
associated it with the person preaching, so you possibly dis-carded it
as his personal opinion. The unfortunate thing is that you fail to
realize that God speaks through people that are called with a speaking
gift. When you walk away from the Voice of God to seek a less
challenging voice, you have walked into a very quiet graveyard of your
own. Religious tombs don't speak..... Jesus is alive and His Voice
shakes anything that can be shaken!!
"See that ye refuse not
him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake
on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that
speaketh from heaven: Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath
promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also
heaven."(Hebrews 12:25-26).
If you walk away from the Voice of God, you will probably have to go back to where you heard it last to hear it again.
