DEVOTION: "Whereunto I am appointed a preacher, and an apostle, and a teacher of the Gentiles."(2 Timothy 1:11)

"A Preacher". I'm sitting in the dark in my bed in a motel in somewhere, America. In the other bed is my youngest son, Micah Joseph Boatner, born 8-17-87. The lights are off because he's asleep. The only light in the room is my I-Pad. I've written several devotions for the blogs, a few pages in some books I'm working on and I've counseled several people via email that needed some confidential biblical guidance. As I sit here writing, my Spirit is drawn to pray for my sons. My oldest son is Matthew Scott Boatner, born 8-23-82, they are both such a blessing in our lives. Ms Kari, my lovely wife, loves our sons beyond measure. I could have searched the world over a million times or more and not found a wife that loves my sons as much as she does, Thx Jesus!! (Micah means "He who is like Jehovah" and Matthew means "Gift of God"). We also love the young ladies they chose as their wives, our daughter-n-loves, Allison and Jodi. These two wonderful families have given us three amazing grandsons. (William Matthew, John Scott and Joseph Micah Boatner) As I sit here I'm remembering all the nights we've spent in motels together traveling preaching the Gospel. If Kari and I had a dollar for every church service our sons have attended without complaint, we could take that vacation we so desperately need. The years of pressing our bodies beyond measure to reach the world with the Word have taken their toll on our bodies but our Spirits are more willing than ever to serve in the Kingdom of God. Kari and I often look back over the years of ministry, we are very aware that there are some details of the journey we wished we had done differently but as a whole we have no regrets. Kari and I have been in the ministry since Matthew was born, I surrendered to preach the Gospel in the first church service that Matthew ever attended. He was 17 days old, Kari was in the hospital 13 days bringing Matthew into the world, I almost lost her, but as usual, God came to the rescue!! We were having a revival at the church we attended and on Thursday night of the meeting, September 9th of 1982, we went as a family and I became a Preacher of the Gospel. At that moment in time, I really had no idea what that meant but I knew beyond any shadow of a doubt that I had obeyed God. We have traveled a lot of miles for Jesus preaching the Gospel and the verse above has come to pass. I've preached countless times via many churches, venues and media outlets. I've taught the word more times than I can count and now a group of Gospel Pioneers that are preaching the Gospel to the 1.2 billion people in India refer to me as their Apostle, (A title they gave me). We, as a family, are very excited about God's future plans for the Boatner family. We anticipate Scott Boatner Ministries International shaking the nations of the world with the Gospel of the Kingdom before the Coming of The Lord!! The journey continues, God is good and we believe there is more before us than behind us. Please believe with us for a mighty harvest for the Glory of God.

DEVOTION ON LAZARUS

"Now a certain man was sick, named Lazarus, of Bethany, the town of Mary and her sister Martha."(John 11:1)

"Sickness, death and grief". There is no way to escape the fact that Lazarus was the friend of Jesus but he still got sick and died!! The bible is very clear about the truth of healing through miracles and wisdom on our part. Someone once said that if you had enough faith that you would nev

er get sick or at least you would be instantly healed if you did get sick. The bible does say that "All things are possible to him that believes". "But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible."(Matthew 19:26) Please humor me for a moment and realize that there may a space of time between impossible and possible with God. This space of time is mentioned by Peter in his writings. "Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:"(1 Peter 1:6). When we are in the season of trials, hardships, loss or grief, we must keep believing for deliverance and healing. Jesus was very close to this family but His friend Lazarus died and it brought an extreme amount of grief into this family. Death is a doorway from this world to the next and while that door is open it lets the emotional pain of loss and grief into our lives. Now, we not only have the loss of a love one to process but the emotional pain from that loss that can actually last the rest of our lives if we don't process it correctly. The bible is filled with stories of life, death and how they are processed. We are Tri-part beings created in the image of God, Jesus wept and so do we at tragic events in our lives. WE ARE A SPIRIT THAT LIVES IN A BODY THAT HAS A SOUL!! Our Spirit communicates with God, it lives in the body with the soul, which is our emotional man. Our emotional man (soul man) cries, laughs, thinks, grieves, it's who we are as human beings. Just like Mary, Martha and the community wept over the death of a brother, a friend we weep over the loss of friends and family members because this type tragic event opens our emotional gate. Our emotions are very unstable, by this I mean, we can't always control them like we wish. We can go from laughter to weeping in a split second during these times and we can't stop ourselves. If you are in such an emotional time right now, please just cry it out, don't hold it in. It must go back out the same emotional door that it entered your life, so let it go. As most of you know, I went on a very dangerous preaching mission earlier this year. I went to a place where they martyr Christians, kidnap Americans and a host of things I won't mention. Many have ask me, "How did you process that experience?" In order to survive these extreme circumstances I purposely shut my emotions off for the duration of the trip. When I arrived safely back home, saw my family and realized I actually lived to see them again, my emotions came back to life. For no reason, I would be sitting in my living room and just go to weeping uncontrollably. It was mostly at night and lasted for several weeks but in the "process of time", I begin to stabilize. You will begin to heal because life goes on, God is good and the journey of faith continues...... Yes, Lazarus got sick and died but Jesus came to the rescue, He will also rescue you.

 "Jesus wept."(John 11:35)

"Jesus Wept". I've often wondered what all Jesus was weeping over on this very sad and emotional day. It is obvious the He was very upset over the death of His close friend Lazarus but He had prophesied that his death was for the Glory of God. "When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glor

ified thereby."(John 11:4) Since Jesus was the Son of God, Virgin born - God in the flesh, the manifestation of The Mystery of Godliness, Emmanuel-God dwelling among us!! What did He feel that day? "And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory."(1 Timothy 3:16). I'm sure He saw more that day than the death of one friend that troubled Him given the truth that He was the All-Knowing, All-Seeing God among men. Did He see the sin curse in action, was He troubled by the consequences of the spirit of death among the whole human race? We make choices daily, these choices produce life or death spiritually. The choices we make may bring immediate results and some may take awhile to manifest but they too will rise to the light. "I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: "(Deuteronomy 30:19) Jesus wept over us that day, He wept over our pain, our hurts, our toxic memories, our selfish decisions that affect others. He saw all things that day that would cause us to suffer, whether it was a product of this sin cursed earth or a product of our own depravity. Jesus Christ saw US that day and HE WEPT over us!!! Jesus lost a friend that day, have you experienced a loss lately of any kind? It doesn't have to be a death, loss comes in many ways but it always brings pain, emotional trauma and suffering of some kind. Is it bankruptcy, divorce, a rebellious child or maybe a spouse that doesn't see what he or she is doing to your wonderful family? The news of Lazarus was an event in Jesus life, what news have you gotten lately that has blown you out of the water? What are you troubled about at this moment? What are you weeping over right now? Always remember that Jesus is weeping with you!!

Scott L. Boatner
______________________________________________________________________
"When Jesus therefore saw her weeping, and the Jews also weeping which came with her, he groaned in the spirit, and was troubled,"(John 11:33)

"Jesus was Troubled". The friend of Jesus, Lazarus, had died and Jesus was in another town preaching the Gospel when He got the tragic news. When He was to told about Lazarus, He continued His ministry for two more days then He left for Bethany to visit t

his family. If you will read the entire chapter, (John 11) you will find many revealing things about yourself by way of the personalities in this chapter. We all perceive things differently, as well as handle things differently. After Jesus and the 12 arrived and were greeted by various ones, we read that Jesus was "troubled"!! The word troubled in the Greek means "agitated". What was Jesus agitated or stirred about on this particular day? Please allow me to answer my own question with a question, I learned this from reading the gospels, Jesus often answered questions with a question. Was He troubled with the 12 disciples, given the conversation along the way to Bethany? When Jesus told them that they were going to Judea, the 12 immediately reminded Jesus that they were almost stoned to death there on their last visit. How could the God of the universe possibly make it through each day without us to keep Him informed on past, present and future events? Jesus tells them that Lazarus is asleep so let's go wake Him up, exactly what every dead Christian needs is a good shaking and waking!!! Once again the 12 come to the rescue with brilliance, if he's asleep, he's doing good. At this point in the spiritual lesson, Jesus plainly informs the 12 that he is dead and faith filled Thomas chimes in with, "Well by all means, lets go die with him". The fact that the 12 were as blank as a sheet of paper spiritually sometime was definitely troubling to Jesus. Could have the Spirit of Jesus been agitated by the underlying element of the war between God and satan, light and darkness, life and death, faith and flesh, spiritual knowledge and spiritual ignorance, etc..?? Do you think that it could have been the obvious fact that He was actually blamed for Lazarus death by the sisters, "If YOU had been here"? I'm amazed that all the stuff God gets blamed for every day. If you read the story of Adam and Eve very closely, you'll notice that Adam wiggles his way around to blaming God by saying the "woman" made me do it and YOU gave her to me. Could it have been the fact that these were some of His closest followers, friends and disciples but yet there is very little faith shown in this whole event except by Jesus Himself? Jesus longs for us to be as powerful and faith filled as He, can we be? "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father."John 14:12). Could it have been that when He was about to perform the miracle of a lifetime, that He was informed one more time that He couldn't fix this, "He stinketh"? In this chapter we have some of faith's finest but yet they were a long way from where they needed to be!! Where are you today on your journey of faith and maturity? How are you handling the stress or even sometime tragic events of life? In spite of the display of humanity at its best on this particular day, we have a MIRACLE! You too shall get your miracle, just lean on JESUS!! BTW, we all stink, some of us just haven't had a reality revelation yet!!

 "And many of the Jews came to Martha and Mary, to comfort them concerning their brother."(John 11:19)

"Comfort" After the death of Lazarus, friends in the community came to comfort the family that had experienced the tragedy of the loss of a loved one.
The word comfort means to console or encourage. When we suffer the loss of a love one, we n

eed a support group around us to help us get through this difficult time. As a preacher, the saddest funeral service that you can be a part of is when someone doesn't have a big family or support group of any kind. I've often said that there are more benefits to being a part of a church family than just hearing a sermon on Sunday mornings. When you suffer, it's a wonderful thing to have a group of spiritually minded people around you that know how to pray for you. When we suffer this kind of loss, we become very vulnerable to emotional outburst from one end of the spectrum to the other. One moment you can be laughing and without warning, weeping the next. If you haven't lost a love one but yet you have suffered a very traumatic event and are very emotional due to toxic memories, God wants to comfort you today as well. As a Spiritual Leader, I normally advise people to stay in complete control of their emotions rather than allowing your emotions to be a dictator. "He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls."(Proverbs 25:28). We should be able to maintain control of our selves at all times but when we suffer loss, especially the loss of a loved one, we must let our emotions cleanse us. Our emotional man is an outlet of relief, so during this time, just let your emotions go and you will begin to heal. You will know when it is time to regain control of your emotions and God will give you the grace you need to do so at the proper time. "I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13) God can and will give you the strength to walk through the valley of the shadow of death and give you the comfort to smile again. I know that today you think that you will never smile again but you will because God heals the broken hearted. "Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God." (2 Corinthians 1:3-4). God brings COMFORT to His children which ultimately brings healing, stability and balance back to your emotional man!!

DEVOTION: "Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set."(Proverbs 22:28)

  "Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set."(Proverbs 22:28)

"Ancient Landmarks"   The word "ancient" means "concealed in eternity past".  The verse as a whole is a reference to the foundational doctrines of the word of God.  Have you ever heard someone at church say, "we need to get back to the old landmarks"?   Unfortunately that is not at all what this  verse is talking about because it doesn't tell us to "go back" to anything.  It says that we are not to "remove" the ancient landmarks and ancient is not a reference to time but eternity.  Our word "old" is a word of comfort that represents, in our human emotion, a place in time when  we felt comfortable with our environment.  The Word of God always tells us to move forward into the future, into the vision and destiny that He has for us. It's a foundation that we must work from to fulfill the will of God for our lives. When we don't have a solid foundation to stand on, we are always wanting to go back to that comfortable place in time that we remember as the "good place".  The word "set" means "to do, make or SHEW"!  You have to be called, anointed and inspired by the Holy Spirit to be able to reveal these  "Landmarks", the truths of God's Word. It is a spiritual book and it's often easier to say, "Lets get back to the old" rather than moving into the future by faith. "For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven."(Psalm 119:89). We often take comfort in our past experiences  because our past is a place of familiarity rather than the uncharted territory that we are yet to conquer.  A great man by the name of Moses died in a wilderness with two million walking dead people because he couldn't leave the dead. God had told him to move on but he was convinced he could fix these walking dead, but you can't fix people that are uncomfortable in the Presence of the Voice of God!   He kept going BACK to the people he was emotionally attached to instead of crossing the Jordan River into the land that flows with milk and honey. If you  are on a journey and you are off by one degree, you will miss your destination by miles!  If you are traveling at a slow speed and are always thinking back to a comfortable place in time, you will never arrive at the place called destiny.  You will always blame your failure on something or someone else, instead of allowing God's Spirit to navigate your life.  "But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!"(Matthew 6:23)   When the "light" is "dark", how great IS thy darkness??     It's a bit scary if you think about it, maybe that is why Jesus said,  "If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.  And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given.  For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he hath."(Mark 4:23-15)   "Take heed what you hear", What you hear could be off by one degree and you'll never reach your intended destination and the sad thing is, you'll never even know it because what you perceive to be light is really your darkness.  Watch your step and make sure you are following the Truth not Tradition.

DEVOTION: Human nature is corrupt

Human nature is corrupt, I suggest you read the following statement with fear and reverence! I personally believe that the Americans can defy this unfortunate statement of historical fact!

The following quote attributed to Scottish history professor Alexander Tyler in 1787, seems to portray an accurate reflection of what has occurred during our 200+ years of existence as a democracy.

To quote

Mr. Tyler, “A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government. A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship.”

The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations from the beginning of history, has been about 200 years. During those 200 years, these nations always progressed through the following sequence:
From bondage to spiritual faith;
From spiritual faith to great courage;
From courage to liberty;
From liberty to abundance;
From abundance to complacency;
From complacency to apathy;
From apathy to dependence;
From dependence back into bondage
Source: www.educating.net

The only thing that will trump the above statement of fact is the promise of God that He Blesses to a Thousand Generations!!
"Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;"(Deuteronomy 7:9). If the above statement is fact, then since America is a "Christian" nation, it's first Dictator will be the Anti-Christ of the Tribulation period. I'm glad I won't be here because processing our national tolerance mindset and our complacency is almost overwhelming for me at times. I will continue to preach that God is our only HOPE!!! I believe that we as Americans can rise above historical fact, we always beat the odds. We had a group of men that signed a document called "The Declaration of Independence", they beat the odds and overcame every thing that came against them in the most challenging time in our history. I believe in the American way of life, our philosophy and the God of our founding fathers. Our future depends on what you believe, so what do you believe?

Scott L. Boatner

DEVOTION: Proverbs 14:26

"In the fear of the LORD is strong confidence: and his children shall have a place of refuge. "(Proverbs 14:26)

"Place of Refuge" The promise and hope that comes from this verse of scripture is overwhelming. We are in the "last days" but yet God's Word offers Hope to all that Fear Him! The word "fear" means to reverence God, to esteem Him in high regard. When we do this, it positions us, as bel

ievers in a "place of refuge", which is the shelter that God offers His children. It doesn't matter what fear or panic you are in at this moment, Fear God and He will position you in His shelter. When we are constantly sheltered by God Almighty, we have nothing to fear because God has us protected from the danger of darkness.
"The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe. "(Proverbs 18:10) The Name of The Lord is unchanging and stable at all times, no matter the circumstances that you have found yourself in at this time. Our emotional, political, national environment is constantly changing but God never changes regardless of what unstable emotions run through our minds at times. We may be facing some extreme challenges but God hasn't faced a challenge that He can't conquer and overcome. "Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us."(Romans 8:37) Please notice the phrase, "in all these things", things that seem impossible are possible with God. I know that these may seem like words on paper but if you will believe the Word of God, "things" will change. They may not change as quick as you wish, they may change exactly in the way you wish but God will make something happen in your life!! "Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world."(1John 4:4). We are overcomers in the Name of Jesus,so trust God to be your shelter in the storm. The Word of God hasn't changed, "all things work together for our good". I declare that "good" is coming my way today because I fear God and He has me covered.

DEVOTION: "But the angel of the Lord by night opened the prison doors, and brought them forth, and said,"(Acts 5:19)

  "But the angel of the Lord by night opened the prison doors, and brought them forth, and said,"(Acts 5:19)

"Open Doors"  Doors represent opportunities that are in our future!! Yes we have a future, hope of a better day and opportunities that we haven't even seen yet.  "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things,  which thou knowest not."(Jeremiah 33:3)  "Things-Thou knowest not", I can't wait to see what God has in my future that I haven't even thought of yet.  In this story in the Book of Acts the religious spirits of the day had shut the true spiritual ministry down and threw away the key, they thought... God had other plans, if you think your life is shut down and there is no way you'll ever fulfill your dreams, THINK AGAIN!!  The Angel of The Lord opened the door that was needed to give way to the fulfilling of the word of God. It is now, when it looks completely impossible and out of the question, that God can step into your world.  There is nothing impossible with God, He is the Almighty!!
It is time that America wake up and put their trust in God, instead of man, man will only disappoint you again.     "I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight:  I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:"(Isaiah 45:2). God can open doors that no man can close and can make things happen that are beyond our imagination. We must put our trust completely in God because He is our only Hope.  When the servants of God were locked in a prison with no hope, God stepped in and made a change that they didn't see possible.  "He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail.
The adversaries of the LORD shall be broken to pieces;"(1 Samuel 2:9-10b)
We are living in the last days and the word of God is very clear about these times but we often forget about the promises of God for us that are applicable in any time.   "Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;"(Psalm 33:18)   If you feel like you are in a prison of some kind, be on the look out for the Angels of deliverance, they are on their way!!

VIDEO: Angel of the Lord

DEVOTION: "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."(2 Chronicles 7:14)

"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."(2 Chronicles 7:14)

"If my People" We have the power to change the world!! Every time the people of God acknowledged their need of God's forgiveness, He healed their land. In this pas

sage of scripture, "land" refers to all things that involve us, the people of God. God cares about everything that involves us from A to Z. "Then I proclaimed a fast there, at the river of Ahava, that we might afflict ourselves before our God, to seek of him a right way for us, and for our little ones, and for all our substance."(Ezra 8:21). If we the church believe this scripture and apply it to our lives, it will completely change our future. We are facing overwhelming challenges, insurmountable burdens and a demonic force that is trying to destroy our nation, The United States of America!! We live in a great country that allows us freedoms that other parts of the world don't even know exist. On a recent trip to a third world country, that is anything but Christian, I had the very enlightening experience of watching the Communist Party marching in the streets outside my "safe room"! I know you were told that communism was dead but it is more alive today than ever, trying to destroy our public and personal opportunity to be successful. As I lay in my bed in my "safe room" thanking God that Daniel Sharp and I had avoided dying by martyrdom, being snatched, dehydration, etc.. I heard a noise that made me ask Daniel, "What is that"? He looks out the window and says, "The hammer and sickle communist flag", marching in a parade!! I thought, OMG, we've survived all of this to die at the hands of communism!! I stood to my feet and looked, I couldn't believe my eyes, the streets were filled with poor lost hungry people marching for a philosophy of life that takes everything you own under the illusion that all things should be equal. Question, "Should a man that is lazy and won't work, be given part of your hard earned money?", not according to the Bible!! "For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat."(2 Thessalonians 3:10) Our government is taking us back from whence we came, overworked, overtaxed and supporting a group of people that would not work if you melted a job and poured it on them. We need to repent of our sins, turn from our wicked ways, ask God to restore our foundation of righteousness, work ethic and take our country back!! BTW, this is a biblical truth, not a political statement.

DEVOTION: "And I will very gladly spend and be spent for you; though the more abundantly I love you, the less I be loved."(2 Corinthians 12:15)

    "And I will very gladly spend and be spent for you; though the more abundantly I love you, the less I be loved."(2 Corinthians 12:15)

"The less I be Loved"   How many sermons have been preached about Love? How many songs have been sung about Love? How many people have spent their lives searching for love and acceptance but yet it remains out of their grasp!  In this verse the Apostle Paul exposes his true feelings about a certain group of people that he was ministering to but had become painfully aware that they would never truly love him. I know that's painful but it is true, how long have you been trying to get a certain person or group of people to let you into their click? Just let it go, move on, it's not happening because if they wanted you in, they would open the door. The more the Apostle Paul loved some of the people at Corinth, the less they loved him. They were a fickle, carnal, emotional group of people that loved religious drama and Paul's writings to them were/are corrective in nature. You should just be who God created you to be and God will place the people in your life that are needed for your dreams and visions to come to pass. In order for this to happen, you will have to junk your ideology of "who's who", its just an allusion. You are who you think you are, if you have a spiritually renewed mind!!    "And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;"(Ephesians 4:3). Many centuries ago Solomon shed some very relevant  light on this subject of "who we are", "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he;"(Proverbs 23:7a)  You don't need the approval of people that you have wasted way to much time trying to get their approval on your life and they still won't give you the time of day. I know you are asking yourself, aren't we to love all men, the answer is a resounding YES, but you must accept the, painful truth, that they may never love you. Moses died in the wilderness with a group of people that God told him would never change, so you can die with the dead or move on with the living. They never grew in the grace and knowledge of God but they certainly held Moses back from the Promised Land.  It's your choice, a wise person once said,"If you want to go with me, you will have to grow with me"!   For the love of God to function to its fullest in your life, the people you love must also love you.

DEVOTION: "And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God. (Revelation 19:17)

"And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God. (Revelation 19:17)

"Angel standing in the Sun" This reference is to the aftermath of The Apocalyptic Battle know as Armageddon! All the nations of the earth will be there, marching on Israel. "And th

e number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them." (Revelation 9:16). The nations of the world will be coming from all directions because greed has drawn them to Jerusalem, by this time the Antichrist is sitting on the Throne of David, controlling the wealth of the World. The first problem is that the Man of Sin has all the money and he has decided not to share with his thieving friends. He has put the Mark of the Beast on all that remain or killed any that wouldn't accept it, so he's wealthy and the rest of the nations are starving. "And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:(Revelation 14:9-10) In Revelation chapter 6, the seals are being opened and one of them is, money for food, the 3rd seal-The Black Horse Rider!! "And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine."(Revelation 6:6). So, the Devil is true to his nature and wants all the money.
"But he shall have power over the treasures of gold and of silver, and over all the precious things of Egypt: and the Libyans and the Ethiopians shall be at his steps. But tidings out of the east and out of the north shall trouble him: therefore he shall go forth with great fury to destroy, and utterly to make away many."(Daniel 11:43-44). The person referenced in these verses is the antichrist, he has deceived Israel and everyone else on the planet by this time in prophetic events. Revelation 19:17 says that the buzzards will eat the carcass of the wicked dead that are defeated by Jesus and His armies from Heaven. The Angel standing in the Sun calls the birds of prey to "the supper of the Great God". There will be no need for a recount to see who won because the efforts of the wicked will be futile. If you do not know Jesus, please call on Him today. Today is the of Salvation, for the night cometh. It is very evident that God's children will win and enter into the everlasting joy of The Lord!!!!

DEVOTION: "And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;"(Revelation 6:15).

 "And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;"(Revelation 6:15).

"Kings of the Earth" The opening of the 6th seal releases things in the earth that are beyond our comprehension.   We, the born again body  of Christ are not on earth at this time, we have been caught away.  America is basically a nation made up of many nations within a nation, but in our inception, we were Europeans looking for somewhere to worship freely and escape the ridiculous burden of greedy leaders taxing the people to death. Some ask, "Is America in the Bible",  to be perfectly honest with you, NO, but YES because there are hundreds of references to "NATIONS", plural. We are a nation and will most certainly be involved in The Battle of Armageddon, because we already have troops in the eastern hemisphere.  I know that our President is "bringing the troops home" but not really. Since we became the "World Peace Keepers", America has had as many as a million troops stationed on foreign soil and never less than 200,000 in as many as 150 countries which covers 75% of the world.  The USA has more than a 1000 military installations around the world.  I know that our presidents keep telling us that they will bring our troops home but that's not going to happen because American Troops will be in the middle of Armageddon so our troops will remain in place as they have for many decades.  The numbers may vary from time to time but they are not coming home as a whole. (check the military facts) The only American troops that won't be at Armageddon are the saved ones that get caught away when Jesus comes for a his blood washed church. We that are born again will be with Christ when He returns to planet earth literally to the Mount from which He ascended and He will wage war with the armies of the world and the anti-christ.   "And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.  And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.  And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS."(Revelation 19:14-16). This will not be a politically controlled war for the good of the wicked, wealthy leaders of the world to line their pockets with money gained from the wars of the world. I'm sorry to say it, but someone is always wealthy after a war, some conflicts are obviously very needful for our safety but some are just politics as usual. The Battle of Armageddon will be led, fought and won by Jesus Christ The Lord!!!! There won't be any ballots to argue over, no TV commercials telling lies about someone or something to gain votes. The political chaos will be over and we will rule with King Jesus for a thousand years. "And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshiped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years."(Revelation 20:4)  This 1000 year reign begins at the end of the seven year tribulation after Armageddon, it will bring "Peace on Earth".

Riding with Jesus,
